Terms of Use.
The terms that apply when you browse our website, use technical content or send an enquiry.

1. Using this website
These terms apply to your use of the Filtrune website and its content. The website provides information about industrial filtration products, applications and cooperation. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Product and technical information
Descriptions, diagrams, photographs, performance curves, guides and application examples help explain products and selection considerations. Images may be illustrative, and available configurations may differ from those shown. Information may change as products and documentation are updated.
Product suitability depends on the actual fluid, operating conditions, installation, maintenance and applicable requirements. Confirm the selected configuration, specifications, test conditions and required documentation with our team before purchase or use. General website content does not replace engineering assessment, installation instructions or product-specific validation. A material name or application example does not by itself establish certification, regulatory approval or fitness for a particular duty.
3. Enquiries, quotations and orders
Submitting a form requests a response; it does not place an order or create a supply contract. Website descriptions are not binding offers. Pricing, quantities, lead times, delivery, warranties and other commercial terms are governed by the quotation, order confirmation and any separate written agreement that applies to the transaction.
If a written agreement conflicts with these website terms on a transaction-specific matter, that agreement takes priority for that matter.
4. Information and files you submit
Provide accurate contact and project information, and submit only material you are authorised to share. Do not upload unlawful content, malicious files or personal information unrelated to your enquiry. Where a project requires special confidentiality arrangements, agree those arrangements with our team before sharing restricted material.
You retain your rights in submitted drawings, photographs and other materials. You authorise us to use them to assess and respond to your request, including involving relevant technical partners where needed for that purpose. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
5. Website content and ownership
Website text, graphics, visual designs and other materials are owned by Filtrune or used with permission, except where another owner is identified. You may view and download materials made available for that purpose for internal business evaluation. Do not republish, resell or substantially reproduce website content without permission. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, misuse enquiry forms, impersonate another person or extract information in a way that disrupts the service or infringes others’ rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the website.
7. External links and availability
External links and embedded services are provided for convenience and context. Their operators control their content, availability and terms. We may update, suspend or remove parts of this website and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
8. Responsibility and limitations
We take reasonable care when preparing website information, but do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or free of errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to access, the website or reliance on general website content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
9. Changes and questions
We may revise these terms as the website develops. The date above identifies the current version. Revisions apply to subsequent website use and do not retrospectively change an existing written supply agreement. For questions about these terms, content permissions or a website issue, contact Filtrune.
