Filtration through the depth.

A continuous fiber matrix works through the thickness of the cartridge wall, with a more open outer region and a finer structure toward the center.

One continuous fiber wall. A path from outside to inside.
  1. 01

    Start at the outside.

Liquid enters the outer surface, where the more open structure intercepts larger suspended particles.

  2. 02

    Use the depth.

The progressively finer fiber matrix captures particles within the wall, rather than relying on a pleated sheet.

  3. 03

    Continue through the center.

Filtered liquid collects in the center bore and moves onward through the housing outlet. Match the cartridge grade and support to the process.

Start with the right specification.

Connect the particle-removal target with the dimensions, liquid and operating conditions. A micron value is one part of the specification.
